Whatcom Artist Studio Tour

Several foothills area artists will be featured in the 13th annual Whatcom Artists Studio Tour from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. October 6, 7, 13 and 14 at various Whatcom County locations.

Brian O’Neill Ceramics
2985 Goshen Road
(East of Bellingham on SR 542)
Brian O’Neill Ceramics will feature the works of his functional sculptural ceramic vessels as well as Liane Redpath-Worlund’s fabricated sterling jewelry with gemstones. Brian O’Neill Ceramics can be reached by calling 592-3164.

Mountain View Studio
2698 E. Kelly Road
(East of Bellingham on SR 542)
South on Sand Road and West on Kelly Road, the Mountain View Studio is featuring the unique kiln-formed art glass works of Heidi VanderWerff with daily demonstrations by donation. Mountain View Studio can be reached by calling 592-3218.

Applewood Farm Studios
6980 Goodwin Road
Everson
East on Mt. Baker Highway (SR 542) and north on Lawrence Road, Applewood Farm Studios features metal garden and home sculptures by Don Anderson and hand-woven goddess necklaces by Suzanne Averre, as well as hand fabricated silver and stone jewelry by Gloria Shannon. Vernon and Karen Leibrant

Everson
Just east on Cambrandt Road is the studio of woodturners Vernon and Karen Leibrant featuring works of lathe turned wooden bowls and plates. Vernon Leibrant studio can be reached by calling 966-5183. Their works can also be viewed online at www.VKLeibrant.com.

Maple Falls
Going east on Mt. Baker Highway to Maple Falls, Blast It Glass features Lori Nelson-Clonts’ s works of sandblasted glass and tiles. Blast It Glass can be reached by calling 599-1883. Her works are also available at www.BlastItGlass.com.

Two Eagles Pottery

Sumas
