Kerry will take you through what the research says about foam rolling, trigger point release tools, and the new rollers that vibrate. You will learn: How these work on the body? How long to use them? When to use specific tools and techniques? Should you use them before or after your workout/race/game?
There will be time for Q&A so you can ask about recovery hacks, dispel myths, and bring up any other questions you have.
