Saturday May 2, 2015 at the Sehome Village Haggen Store.
All participants start at 8:00 am. Finish is at the Meridian Haggen with shuttles back to the start. Please allow 20 minutes to get from registration/race number pickup area to race start. Day of race registration and packet pick-up begins at 7:00 am. Packets may also be picked up at the Sehome Haggen from 2-7 PM on Friday, May 2nd.
Haggen to Haggen is a Whatcom County community event hosted by the Greater Bellingham Running Club and Haggen Grocery Stores. At the finish line sponsors will be sampling some of the great products Haggen has to offer. Shuttles will be provided to bring you back to the Sehome Haggen.
The Haggen to Haggen 5K is certified. This relatively fast course winds through several neighborhoods, including downtown Bellingham. The first two miles cover level and descending terrain, including an exciting run through downtown Bellingham on Holly Street. But runners and walkers need to save a little something in their tanks for the final mile since there is a slight uphill grade to test their endurance. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and female RUN finishers. All participants start at 8:00 am. Runners please self-seed by lining up in the front of the pack, and walkers to the back. Participants with strollers please consider your pace and line up accordingly. New this year, we will have pacers to help you know where to line up and help you hit your goal time!
For the safety of all participants, no pets are allowed.
Please see the Haggen website for registration information including prices, etc. (http://www.haggen.com/grow-community/events/haggen-to-haggen/)
PLEASE NOTE!!! – ANYONE registering day of race MUST pay INCLUDING GBRC members.
