SK 150: Sea Kayak Skills Refresher
If you have experience sea kayaking, but it's been awhile and you just need a refresher on paddling strokes or rescue skills, this could be the class for you. The first two hours are spent familiarizing students with the kayak, basic paddle strokes and maneuvers, while the last hour is spent building confidence in the water practicing capsizing and self-rescue techniques with a paddle float. You'll leave this class energized and ready to get out on the bay!
